Important Note: Our products are made-to-order. This means each item is crafted specifically for you once your order is confirmed.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within our production timelines. Please allow the following estimated times for your items to be crafted before shipment:

Pillows & Pillow Covers: 3-7 business days
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

Domestic (USA): We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after the production is complete.

International Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $20 for international shipping. Delivery times vary between 10-21 business days depending on the destination and local customs processes.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kök Stüdyo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Addresses & Non-Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Kök Stüdyo is not responsible for items that are non-deliverable or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Damages, Lost or Stolen Packages
Kök Stüdyo is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping if the carrier has marked the item as "Delivered". If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
