Since each item is made in limited batches and inspired by cultural artistry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact us section with your order number. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in such cases.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
