Return & Refund Policy

At Kök Stüdyo, every single item is made-to-order specifically for you. Because we do not hold inventory and each piece is created once an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy below:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our made-to-order production process, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of heart or "buyer's remorse."

  • Ordering the wrong size or color (please check our size guides carefully before purchasing).

  • Minor variations in weave or color (which are natural characteristics of woven textiles).

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to receive a perfect product. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • If a manufacturing error is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

3. Cancellations

Since our production process begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, the item has already moved into production and cannot be cancelled.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Kök Stüdyo is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
