What is the return policy?
Because our items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, size or color preference.
   If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll do our best to help.
When will I get my order?
Each piece is made to order, which means we start creating your item after your purchase. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Which countries are you shipping to?
United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.
International: Flat rate $20 shipping to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
Are your products handmade?
All designs are original and created with care. Some items are handmade, others are made in collaboration with production partners to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery — always under our artistic direction.
Do you accept custom requests?
